Is cleaning up after your fiance bad?

So he isn't gross. I mean he will put his dishes in the sink, watch them eventually, and do his laundry and gold his clothes etc. However he doesn't do "maintenance" cleaning in the house. He won't dust, rarely vaccums, won't clean his shower. All these things I think should be done at least once a week. Sometimes I do them and I will give him tasks to do, such as vacuuming. I mean I grew up in a house where my mom did all the cooking and cleaning so it seems,normal to me. She also worked. I tell him he needs to help and he will, when told. Anyways, is it normal in your family for you to take on most domestic tasks????
