Potty training .

Any tips ? My 3 year old daughter just won't learn . we have her in an underwear we take her every 10 minutes and she doesn't do anything and then when we don't notice she hides away and pees shes had pee accidents every day and nothing in the toilet and her poop she holds it in and when we put her a pull up at night she poops right away in the morning in the pull up . its more like she just doesn't want to learn .
