how do you nap??

How do you nap when you have twin five year old boys?? :( lol I'm so tired!! But it's only three!

I sit my 5 year old with my in front of the tv and turn a show on quietly for him... Sometimes I only get 10 minutes, sometimes i get 45! Depends on how interesting the show is for my son I suppose! Good luck!

If they are ever asleep at the same time just get on the couch and get 10 minutes and take up drinking coffee 😂

I "mom" nap I know what my daughter is doing so I'm coherent enough but I also get some rest lol
