Yesturday I shaved and then I had sex and then I noticed after there was this bump?

Ingrown hair.  If it doesn't hurt, just keep it clean and leave it alone.  It will work its way out eventually.  Or if it's bothering you, put some neosporin w/pain relief on it and cover with a bandaid. Reapply every days after your shower.  A couple of days in the neosporin marinade will soften the skin, treat any brewing infection and make it easier to get out with a clean needle and tweezers.

Possible boil. Use a warm rag to bring it to the surface so it can pop & drain. It'll hurt. Then take an antibiotic ointment & put on it.

You can use magnesium sulfate paste from the pharmacy if it doesn't come out. Put the paste on and cover with a plaster it will draw the hair out.
