someone help ASAP

okay so I went to the hospital, I am (15) they took my urine to take a pregnancy test. my mom never found out the results she saw it said something like hypo law idk or hypo something but when she called they said they couldn't give that to her . they said "we can't give it to you but LISTEN very carefully if the test was negative it would've said negative. but if it was hypo(whatever) it's positive." so WHAT does that mean .
