grandparents have too many grandkids

Ok back story. My mother in law has 4 kids and desperately wanted kids. Fast forward to now. Between those four kids she now has 8 grandkids. And she feels they have too many and makes sure to constantly repeat that everyone needs to stop having kids. Everyone has their own homes and doesn't ask for anything for their kids besides one and she is pretty much buying everything for that kid. But we never ask for anything. Well we are 7 weeks pregnant and have yet to tell them we are pregnant. This will be our third. That is not some unheard of number we take care of our kids. I'm just bummed she won't be excited for us.
