IN NEED OF OPINIONS

In need of advice from ladies who have been pregnant or are pregnant! For the past 2 weeks my nipples have been very tender/ incredibly sore, they aren't darker but they just hurt so bad. The last few days I have gotten really bad acne around my chin and cheeks which is not normal for me because I usually have really clear skin, I've been urinating more frequently having weird cramp like feelings like it feels like I'm going to get my period but nothing happens. Last month I did have 2 periods the second one started the day after my husband and I had a "love connection" but when I took a pregnancy test I got a negative so I don't know what is going on if I am pregnant or not! Planning on seeing my doctor soon, just wanted to know if anyone else had experienced anything like this because they were pregnant?
