Help!!!

My period is due any day now. I've been having sex with this guy for a couple months now and he already has a baby. About a week and a half ago I was spotting for a couple days. I didn't really think anything of it. Until about two or three days ago I really started feeling sick. Like super nauseous to my stomach. No vomiting but I'm not one to throw up. I'm also having symptoms of a UTI though. I don't know what to think. I have an appointment with my gyn in two days and they'll probably do a pregnancy test. But I wanted other opinions before i freaked myself out.
