6 weeks pregnant

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I don't really have that many symptoms and I'm so worried because my doctors appointment isn't until the 6th October!😓.. Last week I had nausea terribly nearly boked in the shop. I have tender breasts are sore but bearable! Light cramps which is normal at this stage but I'm not peeing a lot? I'm tired but can never sleep at night and not as tired as I used to be.. I nearly feel like my pregnancy symptoms have gone away?! But maybe everything is ok? Has anyone any advice for me, or been through this?!😓😓so worried!
