ex boyfriend problem

My ex boyfriend is mad that I am dating someone else. Lowkey, I still love my ex. But he lied to me for 5 months about having a brain tumor and lied to me for a year about being manic bipolar. I broke up with him for that. But I still love him. He said to me today "I hope you get raped by your boyfriend" and then he added "oh no, you can just get drunk and all of your friends will say it happened." But I honestly still love him. Of course I'm not getting back with him but what the hell am I supposed to do. (And the rape thing, I got drunk on Halloween night last year and my ex raped me. But I was completely passed out and do not remember what happened. This is why what I was told)
