Super aggravated..

So me and my SO went to babies R us today just to kinda look at everything, just to get an idea of what we like and I wanted to try and include him on picking things out.. Totally didn't go as planned. He was running around turning on every freaking mobile and playing with literally everything and couldn't even be serious for 2 seconds. I asked him to stop several times and some lady even ended up laughing at me because I was trying to talk to him and he was just playing with stuff.. I got absolutely no help today. I was so ready to leave after only 10 minutes of being there. Now he's super upset because I told him I'd rather just make my registry with my mom because obviously he can't handle the maturity of making decisions.. Was anybody else's SO like this? I ended up crying because I'm just so upset and I feel like I'm stuck doing all this by myself.. Sorry it's so long. End rant.
