clingy baby 😭

Hi! My big boy just turned 8 months old! He is the joy of my heart BUT he is extremely attached and clingy to me. Like he has to be on my body and constantly wants to breastfeed. I wouldn't mind except I can't get anything done and he will cry for hours if he knows I'm home and my husband is trying to play with him :( he will be all giggly and the when he sees me he cries and puts his arms up and if I don't pick him up or if I put him back down he loses his mind :( I don't k ow what to do. My husband says when I go work and he relises I am gone he does not act like this 😞 just with me. His two top teeth are coming in but he was not like this when his bottoms were coming. Is this normal? Or is this something a pediatrician may be able to give advice for? I'm just emotionally drained and I hate hearing him scream but sometimes I have to cook or clean or go to the bathroom!! Lol help please and thank you ☺️😘
