kissing someone else

So me and my bf been together four almost a year already, everything was going good until, he has changed alot he doesnt comes to mu house to visit rearly a day or two... Or non. But yesturday we just went to church and with out asking me if i was hungry he brought me home.. That he had a BBQ going on to his friends houses... And i was like i guesss... And i felt bad for myself and i feel like our relationship is going to end already... He never took me out to eat before and he never gave said HB on my borthday when i gave him two express shirts... Idk but he never wastes money on me and he plans our evening and it really doesnt come true he never picks me up...
