Barely showing, 25 weeks

I'm 25 weeks and barely showing, baby is healthy so I'm not concerned about that. My question is for all of you mommies that might have been in the same boat. Did you pop late in pregnancy, or did you stay small throughout? If you did pop, how bad were the stretch marks?
