Should I continue taking vitex even during my periods?
My period was 1 month late as of today and I'm pretty sure that I just now started my period finally. I've been taking vitex for 3 weeks too. Should I continue taking the vitex even during my periods? Or stop taking it during my periods and start back on it once my period is over?
