Dating a Guy and Girl at the same time

Okay so basically I'm bisexual and my boyfriend knows and so do my friends etc. But for a while now I've been interested in someone and I know she has feelings for me too and I really want to get to be with her in that sort of level. My boy friend is totally cool with me having a girlfriend too but I wanna here your opinions? (No I'm not cheating, it's not breaking any "rules")
