Bleeding after sex?

Question

So after me and my partner have sex, I go to the bathroom to pee and when I wipe there's always blood. It doesn't actually come out, it's just when I wipe. 
I've had a Google to see what it said but should I go to the doctors?

Maybe he has a big penis, and you tear a little during sex. It's happened to me before, but just small amounts then it's gone. I think that if you had lots of bleeding, or bleeding that comes with pain, then seeing the dr would be ideal. But if it's just a tiny bit I really wouldn't worry. Though if seeing your dr would put you at ease then I say give them a call when they open. Good luck to you.
