period like cramps?

I'll be 32 weeks Thursday and starting yesterday I have had period like cramps, I have also been having terrible pressure down low. Also woke up super nauseous. Any ideas?

Could be Braxton Hicks contractions?  I haven't had them,  but I have heard they feel like period cramps.
