It's been awhile...

Long story short, my youngest is 5 so it's been while since I've done any of this. My husband is in north carolina working while the kids and I are back in missouri. We visited all of last week and hit every single fertile day. When do I need to start watching for signs and when is the earliest to start seeing if anything happened? I got my iud March of last year because it was miserable and we haven't really tried but haven't stopped the possibility of anything happening. Now wed like to really try and see what happens. All 3 of our girls were surprises, was actually on the pill with 2 of them. Tips and tricks would be welcome! Thanks!
