Stupid ER's (venting, no advise/long medical explanation as I probably already know it)

7w3d and just started bleeding... but I just get to stay at home a wait it out because both of the hospitals suck. McKenzie Willamette is where I went during my last miscarriage and I will NEVER go there again..... at 8 weeks when I was bleeding I went in and was diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage, two weeks later I go back in because I'm actually miscarrying. They had me wait for a room until my blood had reached the ankles of my pants (I bleed a LOT and rapidly). Then they reviewed the ultrasound footage from the last time I was in and said they had previously misdiagnosed me and baby had been dead for almost three weeks. They later had to preform an emergency D&C due to stuck tissue, then gave me a packet that only told what the procedure was (no aftercare instructions) and send me home alone while coming down from pain meds. The other "lovely" choice is Riverbend..... and they have straight up told my sister when she was pregnant with her middle child and went in because her stomach had been hit by a brach that they hated pregnant women being in their ER and don't want them there. So..... I'm screwed and am being advised by family to just wait it out.
