plan b

Hello everyone I'm alvina from Pakistan I took the plan b pill on Sunday after two hours the conform slipped while he coming out I pulled it myself but it was out maybe nothing went inside but I was sacred and now my question is I started having few small spots of blood after two hours like very few on tissues by me inserting inside and checking and now today it's Thursday in the morning I also got few spots on tissue paper so does that mean I. Am going to get my periods on time or delayed or early I'm due in next ten days
