depo injection
I need advice. I'm on my second round of the depo injection. My first one was fine, no weight gain, no mood swings, nothing. This second shot has been hell. I've gained 1stone and been a nightmare mood wise.
I'm wanting to know whether anyone has any advice on how to lose the weight and handle the increased appetite and how to deal with the mood swings?
Luckily I have an incredibly supported boyfriend who deals with my moods like they're nothing. I feel awful about it. Do you think I should stop getting the depo? I used to be on the pill, I'm considering going back to it
