I'm 23w1d. Prepreggo weight was 340 and I'm 350 now. I've been concerned whether or not I can deliver naturally because of my weight. Since getting pregnant my blood pressure was been a bit high at first but has been normal lately. I'd love to deliver naturally, but again, don't know if that will be an option.
