when to tell the partents ?????

We just found out today .... I'm pregnant ! Our first baby. And both our parents first grand baby!...
Any opinions on when to start telling them? I really can't wait to the first appointment

I think it totally depends on you. If something was to happen would you want to talk about it with people or keep it to yourself. I tell my family everything and I talk openly about struggles I've had in the past. I feel society has told us we aren't allowed to talk about pregnancy loss. I 100% disagree. If you are a person who doesn't want to talk openly about things in that regard then maybe wait. However, I know that no matter what happens throughout my pregnancy my family and close friends will be part of it so I told my family as soon as I found out. I waited to tell close friends until after I knew it was ectopic this time.  Do what you feel is right. No need for these time lines of when we are able to share such exciting news.

We found out two days ago and won't be telling family any time soon, we lost our last baby two days after telling them so I am super scared to tell them this time. I don't want to see heart break in my families eyes again.

I found out on a Monday and that weekend I was going out with my parents to the races and if I wasn't pregnant I would
Normally have a drink so I decided to tell them I was about 4 weeks, but they were so excited. And made it a lot easier for me with not feeling that well either I didn't have to hide why I felt so rough and why I wasn't drinking.

For me I get really bad morning sickness so it is a give away.  We haven't told yet and not sure when we plan to yet. Our last ended in a miscarriage in April so we might wait a bit yet.  I would like to tell now. Having no support but my husband with our last miscarriage was hard. No one knows.

Im still waiting for my bloodwork to confirm this cycle as im doing IUI, n on my round 4th... I was thinking that i might tell a couple family members abt it around 15-16weeks , n the rest of family members or friends who werent really close to me then will announcement after i gave a birth, lolll... Give them a big surprise! I even think abt might not tell anyone until the baby came out lollll...

I had a MC at 5 weeks last month and was so glad no one knew besides my husband.  I'm now 4 weeks along and plan to wait until the end of the first trimester (10-12 weeks) to tell my immediate family.
