boyfriends roommate

I just really need to vent 😁🔫 my boyfriend is so nice an caring and that's why I love him but sometimes he is to nice. he is rooming with a girl at the moment and it was all good when we started dating but now she's so crazy she eats all the food an never cleans the house and leaves her drugs all over the house. she loses it on me for being in the house when he is coming in the door after me, she has sent me messages saying I can't parking in the complex which is open parking and he always just acts like its no big deal. she's stolen my shoes an ruined them never offered to pay for them, just takes what ever she wants from my boyfriends room she comes storming in ever night an demands my boyfriends attention an is crying and he runs off to give her advice, which is fine ur friends but she is making my relationship with my boyfriend so hard to visit and talk about anything because she's so there an demanding. she also runs around the house topless with ur boobs out. I feel like she over steps a friendship line an almost tries to be his girlfriend or am I just being over sensitive? I just feel like shes trying to break us up or sleep with my boyfriend?😁😁 any advice would be lovely
