Hurting Ovary

Has anyone else experienced bloating and almost like a light sharp pain on their left ovary lol now idk if the pain is coming directly from there but it feels like it when I stand up or move too much. And I am a bit nervous about this because last year I had a miscarriage , I've had several OB appointments after this so I should be fine I'm just worried . I normally have a 31 day cycle but ever since the miscarriage it's supper unexpectable , right now I'm on my 38th cycle day! This is extremely frustrating and I just want to know if this is normal?
