When to test?

I bought an ovulation kit with 20 test. I'm one day off my period but still have alittle bit of brown stuff coming out but not to the point I need a pad. So my question is when do I take a test? This is my first time ever taking an ovulation test.

I started day 10 and had two dark lines.  Next time I will try on day 8 because I seem to ovulate earlier than average.

In the instructions there is a chart that says when to start based on how long your cycle is. Good luck!!

I read somewhere to start at CD 10. I got cheap OPKs on Amazon and they didn't come with instructions or anything. Im on CD 12 and finally it's getting a little darker!

I took a test and I'm not ovulating so I'm going to test again from the 15th-19th and see what happens.
