Stuffed Jumbo Shells

I don't have a picture because we already ate them, but this was delicious. I don't really have the exact amount of what was used though, so just go with what you feel best for how many people you're feeding.

Jumbo pasta shells

Hamburger meat,

spicy Italian sausage and sweet Italian sausage

cook those with green bell pepper and onion chopped up and a can of diced tomatoes with basil and oregano

Mix ricotta cheese and shredded cheddar cheese and 2 eggs in a separate bowl

When the meat is done mix half into the cheese mixture and half into the spaghetti sauce (3 cans of sauce, 1can of paste)

Drain the noodles and let them cool, put a layer of the spaghetti sauce and meat in the bottom of a baking pan then stuff each shell with the cheese mixture when the pan is full put more sauce over the noodles and bake 30-35 minutes at 400
