Symphis Pubis Pain
I recently got diagnosed with this and am in terrible pain. I can hardly lift my legs past my ankles, i have to sit to put clothes on. Getting in the car is an absolute nightmare. Any ideas for some pain relief? It also hurts to get into bed is there anything I can do to make that easier? I have a stool by my bed.
