heart beating super fast

For the past couple of days, my heart has been beating SO fast and it's been extremely difficult to catch my breath. I'm 19 weeks, and I know that being pregnant can cause your heart rate to rise, but I'm concerned because I can't seem to catch my breath even when I'm just sitting here. Is this normal??
