This is my first baby I'm 31 weeks & 4 days & in a lot of pain not sure if I should go to the hospital or not if feels lik aching dull pain in my stomach & back more so my upper abdomen it feels like it may be tightening just a little bit & as it gets worse I feel sick really nauseous 😔 I took a bath & that didn't work I'm so confused on what it is maybe Braxton hicks ?
