I am 7w3days and I was only able to take my prenatal vitamins for about a week and now I'm suffering from extreme nausea and sickness (again 2nd pregnancy) with my son I was sick the whole 37 weeks. I just feel even sicker when I take them. I tried taking them on a full stomach before bed but I just puke my guts up in the am. I feel so guilty not taking them though. Any alternatives? I see my dr next week. I had been taking 1 a day prenatal.
