Anatomy Scan!! 🎀or🏈?

I am 18W6D i go in for my anatomy scan on Sept 19!! This is my girst ultrasound since i found out about my pregnancy. I am so nervous and excited at the same time! This is my first child and i cant wait to find out what we are having. Do any of you have any tips for when i go in for my scan??

Not really any tips to give. 
Only thing I can think of is you'll be laying flat on your back mostly and the tech will have to press kinda hard so she can see all your parts and all babies. If you start feeling hot, dizzy, or sick tell her immediately so you can change positions. I almost passed out because she was pressing so hard it cut off blood flow to that artery in your back they warn you about. I had to lay on my side for 10 min. It's not going to lead to anything bad for baby, and it's not every woman. I was probably just unlucky. She elevated my top half a little more and everything was fine after!

We were in the office for an hour and had to take 3 breaks bc baby would not uncross her legs. I was doing jumping jacks and drinking juice, and it finally worked. My advice is to maybe drink a glass of cold water or orange juice right before just in case your baby is stubborn like mine. 😉

I had to drink Coke and run up and down some stairs and it took an hour. Good luck. 😜
