Hello this is my first pregnancy I'm now 37weeks+1 day pregnant with my little one and my last Dr. Appt was Wednesday I was told I was dilated to 2cm. Well sense last night I've been having this really bad pain in my lower back by my butt it started around 11:00pm-4:00am everytime I would get up to move around (like go to the bathroom) I would barley be able to walk it would hurt so bad id wanna cry the pain also made me feel like I had to poop. The pain is still kind of there just not as bad as last night I can actually walk now. My belly does tighten up with it also . I was wondering if these pains could be contractions and if I should go to the hospital? Maybe get checked out?
