Cold remedies?

What started as allergies seems to be more like a cold or possible sinus infection. Anyone have any remedies that worked well for them? I'm only 6 weeks pregnant currently so I don't know what is okay and what is off-limits. Any help is appreciated!

I'd ask your doc. Zinc can be used to shorten colds but I'm not sure if it can be used during pregnancy.

Normal salike nasal spray with a few table spoons of apple cider vinegar mixed in. Use 2x a day. 1 table spoon of honey with a few sprinkles of cinnamon 2x a day.  Speaking as someone woth chronic sinus infections my whole life, I've used this the past few times I've gotten a cold and its seriously cut it in 1/2!
