Anybody else experiencing this?

Question

Im 17weeks 2 days pregnant and i have been having leg cramps in my calf. Last night i got waken up from a dead sleep because of a charley horse. I had 3 or 4 of them last night they hurt so bad i cried!! Now i have a really sore leg.
I was reading online that they can get worse throughout your pregnancy.  Does anyone else experience this? Has it gotten better or worse?

Try drinking a lot of water and eating yogurt or bananas. Stretching can help, wearing support hose and don't cross your legs also when sitting try to gently flex and rotate your ankles when sitting. Also try to get someone to rub you legs when they're cramping up. I had them with my last pregnancy and they sucked. Maybe a pillow between your legs too. Hope they go away soon!
