Plan B and birth control?

Im usually pretty religious about taking my birth control on time every day, and Friday morning I took a plan B after a drunken night with my boyfriend Thursday night... I know we had sex and he attempted to pull out but neither of us remember if he did... So I got the plan B just in case... I'm supposed to start my sugar pills after this week, could this effect anything?
