smoking pot while pregnant?

I was curious about what the effects are of smoking pot during pregnancy. I've been super sick still and nothing is helping not even the meds the dr prescribed me. I've heard pot helps a lot with the nausea s anyone smoke it or have smoked it with a previous pregnancy??

I know so many people who have had a hit or to to curve nausea. You're not supposed to get blown. If you personally think it would help its your body and your baby. I've read a lot on it and they don't have any specific reasoning other then it's still classified as a class 1 drug.

In states where recreational marijuana is legal they recommend edibles for pregnant women. Doctors there will even tell you to try that before giving you any meds or recommending anything else. I don't think there are any studies that definitively prove that pot is bad for a fetus especially if ingested.

the only actual proven study on Marijuana use while pregnant has shown the only adverse effect to the baby is that the baby could be underweight at birth and have a lower than average heartrate similar to smoking cigarettes while pregnant with less chemical effects.

Well, that may be a question for your dr (if you don't want to ask about pot specifically, just ask about alternatives for sickness b/c drugs are not working). Whatever you choose please consider that everything you take in is shared with your baby, but it's like 10x the dose you're exposed to.
