FTM! any tips for being sick while pregnant?

Question

Do any of you ladies have tips or know what I can do or take while pregnant besides robitussin? I have a horrible cough and sore throat ( it hurts so bad to swallow) along with stuffy runny nose and sneezing. My throat is the worst. I'm almost ready to go to urgent care but I have a feeling they will just say it's a cold and send me on my way. Will all the coughing and sneezing hurt my baby? I got a sharp pain lower abdomen one time when I coughed and made me worry.

I have a cold too :( if you're breastfeeding be careful of cold meds because they can dry up your milk. Alternate ibuprofen and tylenol every 2 hours for pain management. vicks vapor rub will help your nose and cough, and drinking teas with honey will also help your throat. Plus, honey is a natural antibiotic. MOST importantly, drink your weight in water!
