My baby is under my rib! What do I do to make him move? ? Its super uncomfortable now....

I moved my baby by pushing her out my rib and although she moved down my doc scolded me and told me not to do it bc baby can get tangled in the cord. But I spent a day readjusting her and she moved back a few day later.. So the relief was temporary.

Get on your hands and knees for a minute or two and relax your tummy. My baby is huge and it helps adjust things.

I just wait til my baby moves but it isn't really uncomfortable for me, it just feels weird lol try switching positions

What I did with  my daughter  when this  happened  to  me  was, I got down on hands  and  knees  and shifted   back and  forth    slightly and slowly  so that she slowly  move into  another  position  that was more  comfortable .  It seemed  to  work  with  her every  time .  Hope  this  helps  you  out  too... GL  mama  😊
