It depends on the crowd. If I'm with a group of people who are all telling dead baby and holocaust jokes, I'm not going to suddenly get offended at a 9/11 joke.

I enjoy dark humor, but some things are just too far for me or there's not really a good way to make light of the situation. That said, I've never heard a 9/11 joke.
