I'm a night owl. If I could, I'd wake up at 2pm and stay up until dawn. Mom life doesn't allow that, so I'm tired a lot because I have to wake up at 7:30 everyday and can't sleep until at least midnight. My fiancé, on the other hand, wakes up at the crack of dawn everyday ready to go.

Btw:
I'm a night owl. Always have been for as long as I can remember. When I was a lot younger (~6y.o.) my mom didn't give me a bed time and I'd (quietly) be up all night. As an adult, I love the night time bc the world is sleeping and I have time to myself to write or dance or just... Be by myself (Introvert over here). Plus. I have albinism so the sun and I don't exactly get along 😂

I'm a night owl. There are studies being done about people's brain chemistry and it's affects on sleep patterns. Like for me my internal clock is "set back" meaning I not only like to be awake super late at night but that's how my body is actually wired. I work a second shift job now so when I have to start work at 9 or 10 I look like a literal zombie for the first three hours of my shift but that's understandable when you consider I usually work at 4. But when I used to get up at 6 everyday I never got used to it. It was constant jet lag. Like in high school I don't think I was ever fully awake till about noon. People always look at is as being lazy but it's not. I work and pay bills and all the stuff a regular person does just on a second shift schedule instead of a 1st shift one. I can't even go to bed before 11 because if I do I'll wake up in two hours with my body thinking I took a nap. Also on the flip side there are people who go to bed super early and can't sleep past 5 am. Same concept. Really interesting stuff.
