Ginger pills for nausea?

Safe or not safe? still in the two week wait.

Ginger is safe. The pills are just dried, ground ginger. I love the stuff and helped greatly as did the ginger chews, pops, beer  and tea.

Preggie pops or actual ginger may be more effective.  I hope they work!  But you may want to stock up on a few options just in case.
