So I have been given some prenatals from my doctor but I never even knew about them until that day. The problem is every time I try to take them I can't swallow them and I end up throwing up. I want to take the gummies or something easy but they're not letting me and it's making me feel bad that I'm not giving my baby what it needs! I'm supposed to take these to help myself and the baby but all I'm doing is hurting myself!! Can anyone help or give some advice on what to do?
