what should I do?

I'm pretty sure my baby boy is sideways in my belly. He's definitely horizontal instead of vertical and is that a bad thing ? Should I tell my doctor ?

Its nothing to worry about but if not head down by the time u go into labor u may have to have a c section i think
...im having twins and 1 of my babies are head down and the other is sideways but i plan on having a c section anyways
