when do I get to see my baby ?? 😢

I'm 10 weeks two days today.

I have my SECOND appointment on Wednesday the 14th and my dr said they're only going to check for the heart beat no ultra sound yet, 😢😢😢
I'm worried because I did A egg donation a few months back right around the time I got pregnant and I could possibly have twins I just want to see the baby(s) already 😢😢

Is this normal? I see posts on here about girls getting to see baby at 6 weeks ... 
Maybe it's a Washington thing??

Usually you have a dating scan between 8 to 12 weeks and an anatomy scan between 18 to 22 weeks.

Why don't you just got somewhere where they do ultrasounds? Yeah it costs money, but you don't necessarily have to wait on your doctor if you wanna see your baby.

When they listen for the heartbeat they'll usually hear 2 if there's two in there.
I'm getting my only ultrasound at 20 weeks. 
Which I don't mind (obviously I wanna see my baby more) but it means they're not worried AT ALL! If they know when you conceived (at least you LMP, and it's regular) they might not bother with a dating scan.

I'm 16+6 and have heard the heartbeat twice and had 3 appt. 
at your 3rd appointment they'll schedule you for your anatomy scan!! 
You can always ask at this appointment when they wanted you to go for an US.

I live in oregon but my appointments are in Washington and I had an ultrasound at 11 weeks with my daughter and 6 weeks with this baby

Why would an egg donation make you higher risk for twins? This is just a very curious question?

Also, with my first I didn't get my first ultrasound until I was 12w.

They'll probably do one at 14 or 16 weeks. You can always go to a pregnancy clinic in your area, most non profits do them for free. That's where I had my first ultrasound

It all depends on the doctor. With my first I only received two ultra sounds. One at 20 weeks and the other at 38 to make sure she wasn't breech. With my second I had one at 8 weeks and 12 weeks and 19 weeks and again at 30 weeks. She had an ultra sound machine in her room though so we would take a peek every now and then

Depends on your dr/midwife. My first ultrasound wasn't until 12 weeks. That was also the first time we heard the heartbeat.

Even 6 weeks is way to early to see anything but possibly a sac. It'll probably be around 12 weeks you'll get an ultrasound. The longer you wait the more accurate they are.
