At 5 DPO it's very unlikely that the implantation would even have occurred so at this point your body couldn't even be aware of the pregnancy if it does occur. So there cannot be any symptoms. It's probably a bug or food poisoning. Implantation usually occurs around 9 DPO and that is really the soonest your body could give you any clue at all that you're pregnant. Just hold on a little longer, hope you get your BFP!!

5dpo is too early for pregnancy symptoms so it's unlikely that your getting sick was related to anything. Probably just a stomachache or you're stressing out maybe

You could very well be pregnant but it's far too early for sickness.  You'll just have to wait it out and see 👌🏻

Implantation occurs between 6-12 dpo (most commonly 10dpo) then symptoms occurs due to rising Hcg levels. I thinks it's too early to know.
