For anyone that has had this happen. FTM here so I'm not really sure what to be looking for. We were walking around lowes earlier for a while and then headed home. It's very hot here but the Ac was on full blast and I was pretty cool by time we got home. I noticed when I went to the bathroom though that my shorts were pretty damp. I changed my pad and have been sitting inside since then, about 3 hours. (I should mention I'm wearing one of those thin thong pads not a full on period pad). Shorts are still pretty damp and pad is just a little damp. At one point should I consider calling the doctors? I'm 39+3 and have been having very random contractions for about 3 days, nothing for me to keep track of though.
