How do I keep myself from feeling so tired?

I'm 17 weeks pregnant. I'm at work right now feeling so drained. It's my first pregnancy.

I've been trying to figure this out to from day one of finding out. Turns out for me anything I did was not giving more energy. 😭

Going to sleep earlier definitely makes a difference. And fruit and yoohoo gives me healthy energy. All the good b vitamins

Good prenatals with 100% dv of iron helps.  Eating foods with protein. Taking walks. It all helps but nothing is going to make you feel like you did before pregnancy. Being tired just comes with the territory. Just do your best and make sure you're taking care of yourself and if you need to rest during the day, then do it. And don't let anyone make you feel bad for being tired. Everyone's experience is different. Some women don't feel super tired and have lots of energy, and some women sleep all the time due to being so tired and drained.
