Castor oil worked for you moms?

Question

So I'm having Alot of contractions very close and they will not admit me in the hospital because i am not dialating smh so i heard castor oil help go into full on labor i am scheduled for a c section Sept 20th for several health reasons and if I'm contracting they won't do anything until i dialate but I'm having a c-section regardless sooo should i take the castor oil to help me? 
I've read good and bad stories but i wanna know if it worked for you mommies??

I've read that it won't work if you aren't dilated, I would research that or talk to a health care professional about it before doing it.

If you already have several health issues I wouldn't suggest it. You don't want to aggravate whatever else you have going on. Yours and your babies life aren't worth the risk.

I'm trying it now and I'm 1cm dilated and 60% since Thursday. I've been having contractions every 3-4 mins lasting 20-30 seconds. No diarrhea. Having dull ache cramp pains. I'm going walk to see if it increases.
